Detsky Mir Announces Decisions of the Board of Directors

The EGM will be held by absentee vote and the final date for receipt of completed ballots is December 6, 2019.The record date for shareholders eligible to participate in the EGM is 12 November 2019.

The new LTIP is consistent with the previous one, which will expire in February 2020.
