Moscow, Russia, 16 August 2021 \u2013 <\/strong>PJSC Detsky Mir (\u201cGroup\u201d, \u201cDetsky Mir\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d, MOEX: DSKY) announces the appointment of Mikhail Makhyanov to the position of Head of Investor Relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Makhyanov will be responsible for interfacing with the community of investors and analysts, as well as for providing open and transparent disclosures of information on the Company\u2019s performance and development strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikhail has over 7 years of experience in public capital markets. Prior to joining Detsky Mir, he was Head of Capital Markets in Polyus, the largest gold producer in Russia. Previously, Mikhail worked as Vice President at Renaissance Capital Investment Bank, where he worked on public equity and debt capital markets transactions out of Russia, CIS and Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Mikhail holds a Master’s degree in Economics from New Economic School and a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
