Moscow, Russia, 23 November 2022 –<\/strong> Detsky Mir Group (the \u201cCompany\u201d, MOEX: DSKY), a specialised retailer and the leader in the children\u2019s goods sector in Russia and Kazakhstan, announces the interim results of the open market buyback programme (the \u201cProgramme\u201d) of its ordinary shares (\u201cshares\u201d) listed on the Moscow Exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abDM Capital\u00bb LL\u0421, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company acquired a total of 14,038,470 shares (1.90% of share capital of the Company) during the period from 18 November 2022 to 22 November 2022\u00a0on\u00a0the Moscow Exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
