{"id":1336,"date":"2023-05-02T15:10:19","date_gmt":"2023-05-02T12:10:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/corp.detmir.ru\/en\/?p=1336"},"modified":"2023-05-02T15:10:19","modified_gmt":"2023-05-02T12:10:19","slug":"changes-in-shareholder-structure-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corp.detmir.ru\/en\/press-centre\/news\/changes-in-shareholder-structure-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes in Shareholder structure"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Moscow, Russia, 2 May 2023<\/strong> \u2013 Detsky Mir Group (\u201cDetsky Mir\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d, MOEX: DSKY), a specialised retailer and the leader in the children\u2019s goods sector in Russia and Kazakhstan, has been informed that Pavel Grachev and Mikhail Stiskin sold their stakes in the company to a consortium of investors led by Alexey Zuev, the founder of the retailer Korablik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of today, Mr. Zuev and his investor consortium collectively hold 29.9% of the Detsky Mir share capital. Mr. Grachev and Mr. Stiskin no longer execute any economic interest in respect to the Company, whether directly or indirectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As previously announced, Mr. Grachev and Mr. Stiskin have also resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company (\u201cBoD\u201d or \u201cBoard\u201d) in October 2022 and February 2023, respectively.
