18 July 2023, Moscow, Russia.<\/strong> Detsky Mir Group (\u201cDetsky Mir\u201d, \u201cPJSC Detsky Mir\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d, MOEX: DSKY), a specialised retailer and the leader in the children\u2019s goods sector in Russia and Kazakhstan, informs that in accordance with the decision of the NSD Executive Board (hereinafter referred to as NSD) Ref. No. 20154 dated 30 June 2023 no fee will be charged for the participation of a person exercising the securities rights in corporate actions during the period from 1st July 2023 to 31st December 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any fees of NSD associated with the participation of a person exercising the securities rights in corporate actions related to the acceptance by non-resident investors of the Voluntary Offers of LLC DMI and JSC DMFA were canceled. Acceptance of the Voluntary Offer by LLC DMI and JSC DMFA is carried out through a multi-stage infrastructure, where NSD indirectly participates but in any case without paying any fees to NSD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
