As the final step in Detsky Mir\u2019s restructuring, it is proposed to liquidate PJSC Detsky Mir due to the cessation of its business activities. In case of the approval of the liquidation by the EGM, the remaining property will be distributed among the shareholders of PJSC Detsky Mir after the completion of settlements with creditors (liquidation value) on a pro rata basis. All shares of the liquidated PJSC Detsky Mir will be cancelled.
