The second store of the «Detmir» retail chain with an area of 1080 sq. m. opened in Minsk in the “Coolman” shopping center at Kuhlman st., 3.
The network «Detmir» in Belarus offers a wide range of products for children from 0 to 12 years old: clothes and shoes, products and food for newborns, toys for boys and girls, products for development of children and adolescents – more than 30 thousand items in total. Along with gobal manufacturers, Belarusian goods are presented on the shelves of the «Detmir» store.
The «Detsky Mir» company has been effectively cooperating with Belarusian manufacturers since 2013. Belarusian toys, goods for sports and recreation, large-sized goods and clothing, in particular school uniforms and hosiery, are in great demand. At the end of 2018, the volume of Belarusian goods sold in the Detsky Mir retail chain in Russia amounted to more than 400 million russian rubles.
In Belarus, the share of Belarusian products in the “Baby food” category is about 35%. The company plans to increase the share of Belarusian goods on the shelves of stores, setting a goal to achieve the maximum possible in each category.
Simultaneously with the opening of the first store in the Republic of Belarus, “Detmir” began charitable activities in the city of Minsk, aimed at helping children in difficult situations. The Company’s wards became the State Institution “Republican Children’s Medical Rehabilitation Hospital” – “Detmir” opens here 3 game rooms, as well as Orphanage №3 “Zhemchuzhinka” and Children’s House №1 for children with organic lesions of the central nervous system and psyche..
As part of the charity event “Uchastvuyte!” collection of necessary things was organized for pupils of these social institutions in Minsk’s “Detmir” stores. Anyone can buy the necessary goods for children and leave it in a special arena, located at the store’s checkout. The goal of the event is to improve the quality of life of children in social institutions of Belarus.
